How to enter

You will need the Official Taverner Cup Information Package to participate in this event.

The package contains:

• Taverner Cup fact sheet
• Entry form for the competitive and recreational categories
• Official species checklist
• Sponsorship for Your Team brochure
• Sponsorship for Business brochure (for potential corporate sponsors)
• Boundary map and Fletcher Centre/Banquet Locator Map
• Taverner Cup Count Rules.

To receive the Official Taverner Cup information package please e-mail Jeff Harrison (or fax me at (514) 487-8580), providing

• Your full name
• Address
• City
• Province/State
• Country
• Postal/zip code
• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• Fax number (optional)
• Your organization (optional)
• Comments or questions

Please make sure that you send all of the information above, so that we can quickly send you the information package.

Entry forms

• Level I: Competitive Category
• Level II: Recreation Category

Both versions include areas to enter the following data on the front of the sheets:

• Team name
• Captain and member information
• Entry fee information
• Brunch reservation
• Baillie Birdathon information

On the back of the entry form, you'll find a waiver. These forms must be signed and returned before 15 May 2004, you wish to participate.

The Level I: Competitive Category entry form also requires sponsorship information for you to fill out.
